Walpole Artisans Celebrate Earth Day with Special Exhibit

The Walpole Artisans Cooperative Gallery will be celebrating Earth Day 2012 with a special exhibit.  Over  10 artisans working in different mediums have been busy creating unique art with respect for our planet.  Come see beautiful artwork made with recycled materials and found objects.  Paintings with an "Earth Day" theme will also be shown.  The exhibit runs from April 22nd - May 12th at the Walpole Artisans Cooperative at 52 Main Street in Walpole, NH.   Our hours are  Tuesdays 11-2:30, Wed-Saturday 10-5 and Sundays 11-4.  Hope to see you there.

Look Who Made the Cover!

Our very own Donna Bascom Lund's work was chosen for the Spring 2012 issue of Monadnock Table Magazine.  Donna works in watercolors and pastel.  Her work is serene, pastoral and beautifully executed. Come see and purchase her work at the Walpole Artisans Cooperative at 52 Main Street in Walpole.

Walpole Artisans Coop hosts Local High School Artists

Hope you can join us in supporting three talented young artists at the Walpole Artisans Cooperative.  Kenneally Kennedy, Marietta Burdick and Gwen Edson will be showcasing their photography, paintings and pottery.

There will be an artist's reception on Wednesday, February 15th from 5-7pm.  Meet the artists, view their work and enjoy refreshments!    See you there.

Valentine Books by Terri Lipman

What's new at the Walpole Artisan's Coop?  Terri Lipman has made some unique handmade heart accordion style booklets with her hand painted fabric.  Each booklet features embellished covers, stitching, ribbons and other interesting elements.  Inside you will find hand painted pages with sweet quotes.  These make a one-of-a-kind Valentine for someone special!

New Woolen Scarves by Terri Lipman

Terri Lipman is now, for those who live in the Northern New England climate, dyeing and painting light weight wool scarves in addition to her silk scarves.  They are completely machine washable and dryable.  Around your neck, they feel warm and soft.  Why not wear your art?
